Develop and grow a new client base throughout New Castle by identifying community needs.

Meet with individuals and families in their homes or local coffee shops to discuss their financial goals and protection needs.

Explain complex insurance products in plain, easy-to-understand language.

Provide personalized recommendations that offer real security and peace of mind to our neighbors.

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.

Represent The Atlantic District at local events and help build our footprint as a trusted resource in the community.

Active Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.

Demonstrated history of success in sales roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face client meetings and community engagement.

Deep familiarity with New Castle and the surrounding areas.

Proficiency in managing client records and using digital sales tools.

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage your own schedule and stay organized while working in the field.
