Build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities remotely across Ontario as an Account Manager with Esri Canada. Use Salesforce and solution positioning daily.
This full-time Account Manager supports small to medium-sized customer accounts within Ontario Sales. Reporting to the District Manager, you will develop customer understanding, coordinate account activities, and build foundational sales capability. The work involves technology, software, and GIS-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sales activities for assigned customer accounts
- Develop proactive communication with customer contacts
- Generate opportunities through prospecting and targeted outreach
- Document opportunities and escalate complex risks
- Maintain customer and opportunity records in Salesforce
- Minimum three years in sales or customer-facing roles
- Post-secondary education in GIS, Geography, Business, or related fields
- Customer focus and professional communication skills
- Relationship-building and organizational abilities
- Ability to use Salesforce or similar CRM tools
