As Sales & Trade Marketing Assistant you enter a role of up to 24 months in parallel to your Master’s studies, offering experience in operational work streams and driving commercial ownership rather than short-term internship tasks. You will support both colleagues from Key Account Management and Trade / Retail Marketing across different customers and brands. This is the ideal start for you to become part of our team, get to love our brands, understand the daily operations of sales and marketing roles and show your commercial understanding in specific projects.

Our office is just a short tram ride away from the center of Basel, and we offer flexible working hours and flexibility to split them between on-site days for maximum interaction with the team and remote home office options.

Working Hours: 50% Pensum (20.5 hours/week) - with flexibility to balance around exam periods

Target Group: Enrolled Master’s students

• Key Account Management Support:
  Assist Key Account Managers in day-to-day operations and promotional management for retail accounts in Switzerland.

• Promotional Planning Support:
  Assist in planning, steering copacking process, evaluating, and tracking promotions and customer‑specific activations.

• Listing & Listing Preparation:
  Support the team during annual listing negotiations and assortment changes by creating product sell‑sheets, master data files, presentation materials and data updates with customers.
