• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and expand the customer base in Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong, lasting relationships through proactive outreach and networking.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions.
• Effectively demonstrate product value and articulate complex technical features and benefits to diverse audiences.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to product enhancements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in software sales or a related technology field is highly desirable.
• Reside within or be willing to relocate to the Pietermaritzburg, Kwa Zulu-Natal region.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
