Remote Insurance Sales Consultant

Drive insurance sales remotely for Manulife through outbound calling, consultative selling, and strong relationships with financial advisors. British Columbia candidates can work full time remotely.

As a Business Development Consultant and Internal Wholesaler, you will engage advisors and field staff across a mass market territory. The role focuses on Manulife solutions, strategic sales campaigns, and future field sales preparation. Continuous training supports development in this sales-focused position.

• Make at least 60 outbound calls to financial advisors daily
• Develop, maintain, and expand advisor relationships
• Gather practice intelligence through question-based selling
• Demonstrate Manulife products and deliver consultative solutions
• Track activities, profiles, and leads in Salesforce

• Minimum two years of insurance or sales experience
• Proven success in proactive sales and cold calling
• Related college or university degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and intermediate Microsoft Excel
