Hospitality Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant; Fully Remote

• Research hospitality businesses matching client criteria and identify decision-makers.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow scripts to build rapport and schedule coffee-tasting appointments.
• Update CRM records after each interaction and maintain follow-up tasks to keep the pipeline organized.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous lead generation, outbound calling, or appointment setting experience required.
• Strong phone communication and ability to follow structured sales processes.
• CRM experience preferred; hospitality or B2B sales experience is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Contracted 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Early morning or early afternoon PST, flexible within that window.
• Schedule may vary based on time zones and mutual agreement.
