Sales Development Representative - E-commerce Platforms

You will engage with prospective clients through various channels, including email, social media, and cold calling, to understand their business needs and introduce them to the value our client s e-commerce platform provides. • Generate new qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities via email, phone, and social media.
• Research target companies and contacts to understand their business needs and identify key decision-makers.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to articulate the value proposition of our client s e-commerce platform.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our sales team.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in e-commerce and sales development.

• Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or entry-level sales role is a plus, but not required.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
