Corporate Sales Executive

Our client is seeking a high-caliber Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth within large enterprise accounts, operating primarily from a remote location but with a focus on clients in the prestigious Sandton, Gauteng business district. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to engage with C-suite executives, understand complex business needs, and close significant deals. The ideal candidate will be a master of consultative selling and possess an impeccable track record in corporate sales.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and grow market share within key corporate accounts in the Sandton area.
• Identify, prospect, and engage C-level executives and decision-makers within target organizations.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand complex client challenges and business objectives.
• Develop and deliver compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that articulate significant value.
• Negotiate and close multi-year contracts with enterprise-level clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at the highest levels.
• Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales, technical, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets for revenue and new customer acquisition.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies relevant to corporate clients.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

• Extensive experience as a Corporate Sales Executive , Enterprise Account Manager, or similar senior sales role, preferably within the Gauteng region.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in complex B2B environments, particularly with large enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at the C-suite level.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
• Ability to thrive and maintain high performance in a remote work environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a significant advantage.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa.
