Brynson | Dallas, TX Preferred | Remote | Full-Time

About Brynson

Brynson is a fast-growing Prop Tech intelligence company redefining how the multifamily real estate industry operates. Our platform, Brynsights™, is the industry's first unified intelligence command center --- connecting marketing, operations, analytics, and compliance into a single source of truth. Our AI-powered decision support tool, Paul, is already changing how operators make decisions at scale.

We are building Brynson with intention --- and we are looking for exceptional people who want to make a meaningful difference, elevate an industry, and help create smarter, more transparent outcomes for everyone involved.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and has a proven success selling SaaS products preferably within the multi-family real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.

The Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for generating new business, driving revenue growth, and managing deals from lead through closing. The AE will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in the industry and developing sales strategies to achieve the company's targets.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in building pipeline from the ground up and creating opportunities rather than inheriting them. You'll need to be comfortable putting in the work - prospecting, following up, and driving deals forward in a high-ownership, early-stage environment. For the right person, the upside is significant, with uncapped earnings and meaningful equity participation.

Core Responsibilities Sales Process Design
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and prioritize key prospects and decision-makers within the multifamily real estate industry
Client Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through consistent, proactive communication and follow-up
  • Clearly articulate the company's value proposition and tailor solutions to align with each client's business needs and goals
  • Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, presentations, negotiation, and contract close
Holistic Knowledge
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and evolving capabilities
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
Sales Development & Tracking
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate new business and expand brand presence
  • Consistently track and manage sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts within CRM tools
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years of proven full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Strong network and established relationships in the multi-family real estate industry
  • Strong proficiency with Hub Spot, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI productivity platforms
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills
  • Can work remotely anywhere in the US, but New York City is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $95,000 -- $115,000
  • Equity Participation:
Meaningful ownership stake reflecting the seniority and impact of this role
  • Benefits:
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Time Off:
Flexible PTO policy that supports work-life balance
  • Travel: 10--20% as needed
Why Brynson

Brynson is not a large company with the appearance of a startup. We are an early-stage company with a real product, real clients, and a genuine opportunity to define a category. We are building something that matters, and we are looking for people who want to do the same.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a stage where the decisions you make will shape how the company operates for years to come and where your contributions will be visible, valued, and consequential.

Brynson is an equal opportunity employer. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and barrier-free work environment for all employees and candidates. We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
