Ignition CX is hiring full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representatives for nationally recognized telecommunications and home service brands. This W-2 position offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commission.

You’ll handle approximately 15-25 inbound calls per day, often back-to-back, in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. While you will not make traditional outbound cold calls, customers may not be calling specifically to purchase the products or services you’ll offer.

Success requires grit, resilience, confidence, and a strong sales drive. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide the training and coaching to help motivated, competitive individuals succeed.

This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. However, Ignition CX is currently authorized to hire only in select U.

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings
• Base pay of $10 per hour plus commission after training

• Are comfortable handling objections and creating sales opportunities. Can effectively multitask using multiple computer applications
• Have basic to intermediate computer skills
• This is a Bring Your Own Equipment (BYOE) position.
