- Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, Whats App, email, and online platforms.
- Sell international airline tickets to customers, primarily travelling between Canada and India.
- Understand customers travel requirements and recommend suitable flights and fares.
- Provide accurate airfare quotations, flight schedules, baggage information, and booking conditions.
- Actively follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate professionally, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information, booking details, and follow-up records in the companys CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Canadian ticketing team to finalize reservations and issue tickets.
- Provide professional customer service before and after the booking.
- Previous experience as a Travel Sales Consultant, Flight Booking Agent, Air Ticketing Sales Executive, or Travel Sales Executive.
- Experience selling international flight tickets to Canadian customers.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience working in a travel agency, call centre, or international travel sales environment.
- Familiarity with airline pricing, baggage policies, and booking procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sales skills and experience selling airline tickets or travel services.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
- Confident handling customer inquiries and closing sales over phone calls and Whats App.
- Understanding of international airline routes, especially Canada India travel.
- Ability to provide quotations, follow up with leads, and convert customers into bookings.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Comfortable using computers, email, Whats App, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
