Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to lead outbound and strategic sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels across the USA. This home-based role reports to the Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires 2–4 in-market visits yearly.
You will drive revenue, manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, train teams, and collaborate with General Managers and front desk staff to grow market share while delivering client-focused service from a remote location.
