** eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Modernisierung (MOD) und Ersatzanlagen (BEX). In dieser vielseitigen Funktion bist du für die erfolgreiche Vermarktung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bestandsgeschäft verantwortlich.
** Deine Hauptaufgaben
*** Identifikation und Entwicklung von Verkaufschancen im Bereich MOD & BEX
* Beratung von Kunden sowie Ausarbeitung von massgeschneiderten Lösungen
* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Offerten
* Aufnahme von Anlagen und Projektdefinition vor Ort
* Koordination mit Engineering, Einkauf und Montage
* Sicherstellung der termingerechten Projektabwicklung
* Begleitung der Umsetzung bis zur Übergabe an den Kunden  
** Deine Qualifikationen:
*** Technische Ausbildung (z.

B. Elektriker, Automatiker oder vergleichbar), kaufmännische oder verkaufsorientierte Weiterbildung von Vorteil
* Erfahrung im Aufzugsbereich zwingend (Vorzugsweise Modernisierungserfahrung)
* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkentnisse
