Remote Sales Development Representative

Build North American sales opportunities remotely at Blackline Safety using outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship-building skills.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate and qualify business opportunities for Blackline Safety. You will research prospects, understand operational challenges, and introduce connected safety solutions. Your work connects qualified prospects with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Specialists.

• Research potential customers through outbound and digital channels
• Generate opportunities using calls, emails, and Linked In
• Qualify leads against needs, safety requirements, and buying processes
• Schedule discovery calls, demonstrations, and introductory meetings
• Document interactions and pipeline activity in Hub Spot CRM

• At least one year in sales, business development, or lead generation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CRM and sales intelligence platform experience
• Comfort making high-volume outbound calls
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
