  • Proactively contact financial advisors through outbound calls, targeting at least 60 calls per day and meeting established sales and appointment-setting goals.

  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with advisors in the assigned mass-market territory.

  • Use consultative, question-based selling techniques to understand advisors’ business practices, identify needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Present the value and benefits of insurance products, services, and advice to support advisors and increase sales.

  • Execute targeted sales campaigns, identify high-potential prospects, and develop actionable plans to convert opportunities into business.

  • Contribute to business development objectives while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or a related commercial role.

  • Demonstrated success in proactive selling, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.

  • A college or university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written, to support clients across different jurisdictions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging financial professionals.

  • A self-motivated, organized, and energetic approach, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet activity targets.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and an interest in developing innovative sales and marketing approaches.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills are an asset.

  • A Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) designation, or progress toward obtaining it, is considered an advantage.

Benefits
  • Competitive annual compensation: CAD $73,500–$103,500, including salary and sales incentives. Actual compensation depends on performance, sales results, location, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.

  • Additional incentive compensation based on role-specific sales performance criteria.

  • Fully remote work arrangement for eligible candidates in Canada, with advertised locations including Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.

  • Comprehensive health and dental coverage, along with vision care and mental health support.

  • Short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage.
