Serve clients remotely as a Benefits Sales Specialist using communication skills and a desire to provide valuable advice and protection. Flexible hours support full-time work.

This full-time position serves individuals and families through benefit programs, virtual meetings, and client relationships. You will contact provided leads, schedule meetings, and present coverage. Training is provided, with advancement into management roles available.

• Contact provided leads to schedule virtual client meetings
• Present benefit programs to enroll new clients
• Cultivate relationships with clients after enrollment
• Define objectives and goals with your manager
• Achieve goals through dedicated effort and determination

• Effective communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Willingness to learn and accept comprehensive coaching
• Laptop or computer with camera
• Basic computer literacy
• Insurance license or willingness to obtain one
