Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager we're after at BMW can build a TX territory from a list of names and a lot of nerve. Here you'll combine 7 years of know-how with $100,000 - $149,000, full project ownership, and a team that has your back.

• Grow BMW's purpose-soaked footprint one earned introduction at a time
• Prospect via cold calls, emails, and social selling to fill the remote pipeline
• Run the manager account like it's the only one that matters
• Brief the Key Account Manager team on what's working in this week's market
• Turn a $100,000 - $149,000 budget into measurable growth-minded growth

• Working understanding of both Public Speaking and Upselling in real-world settings
• Self-direction that survives a quiet Slack channel
• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
• Experience at the manager level inside a remote role
• A design-led attitude and eagerness to learn new skills

From its base in Houston, TX, BMW has spent the last decade making Sales Operations dramatically less painful for sales marketing teams everywhere. Around BMW, the loudest voice never automatically wins the sales marketing argument.

We start the conversation at $100,000 - $149,000 and end it with mentorship, benefits, and the flexibility to grow without relocating from TX.

New applicants this week join a hiring cycle that is already in motion.
