Quite simply: anyone who mediates daily between customers, field sales and warehouse in inside sales, follows up by phone and still keeps everything in view has exactly the DNA we need to lead our remote call center.

We will teach you the specialist knowledge. You don't need leadership experience either: we will show you step by step how to coach and lead a team on the phone. What cannot be taught: your quick wit, your positive energy and your will to make more of yourself.

About the job: We generate inquiries every day via social media for more than 500 craft businesses and kitchen studios in the D-A-CH region. Our call center calls these prospects and pre-qualifies them. For our second team, which works fully remotely, we are looking for a team lead who enjoys making calls themselves, coaches the team and leads the way.

Your path: from career changer to team lead:

1. Getting started:
You learn our system directly on the phone and receive personal training.

Coaching:

You gradually take over call reviews and feedback within the team.

3. Leading:
You lead the remote team on your own responsibility and expand it with us.
