As a Full Cycle Sales Producer, you will own the customer relationship from start to finish. This means you'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals. You'll leverage your communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients over the phone and through video calls, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed about their insurance options. This is a commission-only role designed for individuals who are driven to succeed and eager to build a rewarding career in the financial industry.

• Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls to identify needs and generate interest.
• Manage a robust pipeline of leads, nurturing relationships from initial contact through to closing.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our insurance products and services.
• Effectively overcome objections and guide clients through the decision-making process.
• Utilize CRM tools to track prospect interactions and manage your sales funnel.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients, even without in-person interaction.
• Process applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients.

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Based on performance, weekly earnings can range from $500 to $2,000 USD. Your success directly impacts your income, offering a rewarding path for driven individuals.
