Industrial Sales Manager Ontario

Drive industrial sales across Ontario for Carmel, using prospecting and relationship management in a fully remote position. Present markers, waxes, and adhesives to diverse markets.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will develop Carmel’s distributor network and increase brand presence throughout Ontario. The work combines territory development, cold calling, field visits, CRM management, and sales reporting. You will position the full product range with distributors and end users across industrial, health, beauty, food, agricultural, and manufacturing sectors.

• Increase market share with existing distributors across Ontario
• Prospect distributors and end users through calls and visits
• Open distribution channels and build long-term relationships
• Conduct sales visits independently or with distributor representatives
• Maintain CRM records and submit accurate visit reports

• Minimum five years of proven sales experience
• Industrial sales experience is highly valued
• Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship management skills
• Organized, methodical, and professional documentation practices
• Valid driver’s license and territory travel willingness
