Remote SaaS account management at Borealis requires client relationship expertise and the flexibility to support international customers across time zones.
As an Account Manager, you will manage a client portfolio alongside Customer Success, Project, Technical, and Sales teams. You will strengthen relationships after sales, identify needs, and turn them into business opportunities. The position is fully remote from home, with flexible 40-hour weeks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop trusted relationships across an assigned client portfolio
- Define growth plans and manage portfolio finances
- Identify needs and convert them into opportunities
- Advise clients on Borealis system adoption
- Coordinate delivery with Project and Technical teams
- Fluent written and spoken English, French, and Portuguese
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or another pertinent field
- Three to four years in customer success or account management
- SaaS or CRM experience is a plus
- Availability for atypical working hours across time zones
