Technical Sales Manager; Fully Remote

• The Technical Sales Manager will drive growth in the Upper Great Lakes region through consultative, technically informed sales.
• This role combines business development, technical consultation, proposal development, and account management.
• You will build trusted relationships and provide clear solutions to technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and close new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and execute an annual regional sales strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including bids and proposals.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of successful sales and business development experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, plus willingness to travel up to 60%.
