Compensation: ZAR 200,000 annual base plus commission on every deal you close. Realistic commission range is ZAR 20,000 to 50,000+ per month on top of base.
The offer
:
We build authority infrastructure for established business owners, published books, media features, and Google presence. Clients are primarily in the US and UK.
The leads: Fully inbound and pre-qualified. Prospects see our ads, submit an application with revenue and budget filters, and book a Zoom call. You never cold call and never chase unqualified leads. You take 25 to 30 qualified calls per week.
Your job: Run a structured sales conversation on Zoom, educate the prospect, handle objections, and close. The leads arrive interested. Your skill turns interest into a signed agreement.
Hours: 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM Johannesburg time, which is prime US business hours.
What we require: Two or more years closing experience, high-ticket or remote preferred. Fluent English and strong presence on camera. Professional home office with good lighting, classy background, and high-speed internet. CRM experience, Pipedrive or Hub Spot. You'll complete our sales training in your first 7 days and join ongoing coaching, so coachability matters more than ego. You manage your own pipeline and follow-ups without being chased.
