Outbound Business Development Representative; Fully Remote

• As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you'll generate new business opportunities for Bloomerang by identifying and qualifying potential nonprofit customers.
• You'll create demand with key decision-makers and set up qualified meetings for Account Executives.

What You Will Do:

• Master Bloomerang's product and value proposition to articulate how our solutions transform nonprofits.
• Prospect and engage cold accounts through a mix of cold calls, email, Linked In, and personalized messages.
• Generate a 90-day rolling pipeline and collaborate with Account Executives to convert meetings into revenue.

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least one year of sales experience, with an SDR/BDR background or strong interest in SaaS sales.
• Resilience, persistence, and a coachable mindset to handle rejection and continuously improve.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage senior leaders and handle objections.
