Retail Sales Associate

Aetna needs someone who can turn a cold Plano market warm, and the Retail Sales Associate role pays $48,000 - $77,000 to whoever does it best. Few Plano employers pair $48,000 - $77,000 with this much sales marketing autonomy, and fewer still ask only 1 years to earn it.

• Pair a $48,000 - $77,000 quota with the discipline to forecast it straight
• Position Aetna against competitors with clear, differentiated value props
• Turn Aetna's proudly-imperfect differentiator into a thirty-second pitch
• Keep the CRM honest so forecasts at Aetna mean something
• Script the webinar that fills the sales marketing top of funnel
• Plant Aetna in the sales marketing conversations buyers already trust

• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet
• Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hardworking environment
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• The kind of empathy that makes hard feedback land softly
