Remote Sales Director Channel

Modine seeks a strategic Sales Director to lead Regional and Account Managers. You will drive revenue growth through independent manufacturer representatives, expand market share, and align execution with company strategy. The position collaborates with executive leadership on long-term business objectives while strengthening channel partnerships and customer relationships.

• Develop sales and channel strategies supporting revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage managers and representatives
• Forecast performance, set quotas, and develop incentives
• Expand representative networks and strategic customer opportunities
• Optimize sales processes, tools, and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Ten-plus years of sales experience, including five leadership years
• Success developing strategies that drive revenue growth
• Strong coaching, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• CRM, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office proficiency
