• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend the right coverage.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and follow-up on leads.
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Life & Health License (Preferred)
• Previous State Farm sales experience is a strong plus.
• Sales-driven with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning agency management software.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
