Business Development and Account Manager - Remote - US or European Markets

Contract: Independent Contractor / Salary + Commission

This is not an account management role, it is a pure hunting position. You will open new recruitment accounts from scratch, win new logos, and develop them into large, recurring client relationships. You will be backed by strong lead generation tools, including our proprietary in-house BD engine that identifies high-intent decision-makers with superior accuracy.

• Win and onboard new client logos through targeted cold outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In Sales Navigator.
• Monitor job boards and Linked In to detect hiring signals and convert them into introductory meetings.
• Land single-role mandates and expand them into Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs) and recurring staffing accounts.
• Negotiate client terms of business, fee structures, and commercial agreements.
• Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, weekly outreach activity, and revenue targets.

• Proven track record of opening and closing new agency recruitment accounts from scratch.
• Verifiable metrics: new logos won per quarter, discovery meetings booked, and total recruitment fees billed.
• High proficiency in Linked In Sales Navigator and modern job-board prospecting.
• Relentless hunter mindset: resilient, high outbound activity, and highly comfortable with cold outreach.

• Experience selling recruitment services into the US, European, or transatlantic markets.
• Experience securing PSL, MSP, or RPO agreements.
