Business Development Manager– International Freight Forwarding

Up to $150,000 Base Salary + 10% Ongoing Commission
We are recruiting an accomplished international freight sales professional for a rapidly growing forwarder approaching $1 billion in annual revenue. This nationwide growth opportunity combines considerable autonomy, strong operational support and exceptional uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities- Win new international air, ocean, customs and compliance business
- Develop and execute a nationwide target-account strategy
- Build lasting relationships with senior customer decision-makers
- Create tailored global forwarding and customs solutions
- Work closely with operations to ensure successful implementation
- Grow and manage a profitable long-term customer portfolio
- Proven success winning air, ocean and customs business
- Established customer relationships and a demonstrable revenue record
- Independent, entrepreneurial and highly performance-driven
- Collaborative approach with strong commercial and communication skills
- Up to $150,000 base salary
- 10% ongoing commission
