Sales Development Representative; SDR; REMOTE

We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our fast-growing, remote sales team. If you’re someone who loves people, thrives on discipline, and wants to earn based on how hard you work not just the hours you log this could be for you! We proudly hit the Inc 5000 list at #1145 this year too, so we are looking to scale! We have TOO many leads, who have never been contacted once, those of which have applied for our programs directly, so the leads are warm!

• Calling and texting warm leads who opt in through our ads, webinars, or organic content. You will never do cold outreach.
• Outbounding/texting to book qualified triage calls with leads. B2C and B2B!
• Running triage Zoom calls yourself—you will personally handle 5–15 triage bookings per day.
• Qualifying leads on triage calls and booking consults with closers for those who are a strong fit.
• Managing all follow-ups and lead tracking in our CRM using phone, SMS, and Zoom.
• Joining a team of 4 other Setters who work great together and are hungry to improve!

• 5–7 triages booked from outbounds
• 7-12 triages available on your calendar
• 2–4 solid consults booked with closers

• 8–15 closed sets
• 20–30% close rate on consults booked

• Someone who genuinely loves people

• Bonus: experience as a setter or in appointment-based sales is a plus

• Commission-only, 1099
• Earning range: $3,000–$5,000/month+
