Senior Director, Enablement; Fully Remote

• This position will report to the VP, Revenue Operations and Enablement and will build a repeatable enablement framework for all revenue segments.
• You will own the multi-year revenue enablement strategy, including onboarding, readiness, and tech stack modernization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow a global team of enablement leaders and specialists, coaching for excellence.
• Architect role-based onboarding and continuous readiness for all revenue roles.
• Partner with CRO, VP Sales, and Product to align messaging and customer journey execution.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in sales and sales enablement at enterprise SaaS companies, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep expertise in value selling, sales process, and coaching.
• Track record of scaling onboarding and enablement in a high-growth environment.
