- Manage end-to-end sales of research-grade products and manufacturing solutions.
- Identify and qualify clinical-stage opportunities for transition to business development.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field with 2+ years of sales or technical experience.
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
- Experience with CDMO, CRO, or cell and gene therapy is a plus.
- Fully remote work arrangement with flexible hours.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance plus 401(k).
- Hourly compensation of $33.65-$43.27 with bonus eligibility.
