As a Personal Lines Producer, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by reaching out to lead lists, handling incoming live transfers, and selling insurance products. • Base Salary
  : $37,000 - $60,000 annually (dependent on experience and compensation structure).

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a minimum expectation of $60,000 in new business premium per month.
• Utilize the company’s internal management system to manage leads and sales activities.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach to build lasting client relationships.

• Licenses
  :
  Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Performance
  :
  Demonstrated ability to sell at least $60,000 per month in new business premium (proof required).
• Technical Skills
  :
  Familiarity with insurance management systems is preferred.
