Sales Team Lead - Workers Compensation; Fully Remote

• Drive sales growth and build strong client relationships in the workers' compensation and managed care industries.
• Combine hands-on sales execution with team leadership, coaching, and strategic account development.

Accountabilities:

• Translate sales leadership objectives into actionable territory plans and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and support sales reps through one-on-ones, joint visits, and coaching.
• Maintain your own client portfolio and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least five years of sales experience with one to two years in leadership or coaching.
• Strong background in workers' compensation, managed care, or insurance is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, forecasting, and Microsoft Office applications.
