- Sales support role working with closers and lead gen to ensure every lead is followed up.
- Manage pipeline, book calls, and keep CRM data clean so closers can focus on closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update pipeline in GHL, book/confirm calls, follow up with no-shows and cold leads.
- Prep closers with lead notes, send contracts/payment links, and hand off new clients.
- Track daily sales numbers and support online events and bootcamps.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years in sales support/admin or appointment setting, with CRM (preferably GHL).
- Strong organization, excellent English, and ability to work independently.
