Travel Associate — Remote | Commission-Based

Join a top-producing Cruise Planners franchise and Millionaire Club member led by Beth Borrego and Rod Rodriguez. We provide personalized travel planning and attentive service, helping clients discover memorable vacations around the world.

Our expertise extends well beyond cruises to include guided tours, all-inclusive resorts, custom itineraries, and group travel. From ocean, river, and expedition cruises to thoughtfully planned land vacations, we help each client find the experience that fits their interests and travel style.

We are seeking a motivated, personable Travel Associate who enjoys connecting with people and is excited to build a travel business with the support of an experienced team.

This remote opportunity involves helping clients plan and book customized vacations, developing client relationships, and providing professional service from the first conversation through post-travel follow-up.

This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor opportunity with no base salary or hourly pay. No prior travel industry experience is required; travel industry or related experience is a plus.

• Consult with clients to understand their interests, preferences, and budgets.
• Research and recommend cruises, tours, resorts, and other travel experiences.
• Prepare personalized proposals and manage reservations, payments, deadlines, and travel documentation.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, and special requests.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions, booking changes, and client needs.
• Build a client base through networking, referrals, marketing, and consistent follow-up.
• Complete training and stay informed about destinations, travel products, and supplier policies.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort using email, virtual meeting platforms, and online systems, with a willingness to learn travel booking tools.
• Enthusiasm for travel and a commitment to helping clients.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus.

You will become part of a successful franchise that is invested in helping its associates grow. We offer guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to learn alongside experienced travel advisors.

Our weekly Tuesday evening Zoom meetings provide time to discuss current projects, exchange ideas, and explore opportunities to sell into group space. Associates are also invited to participate in our travel shows and share our booth at no cost.
