Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Business Development for HVAC to own the largest multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. This is an individual contributor role focused on strategic accounts across the US and Canada, with no direct reports.
You will drive end-to-end sales cycles, negotiating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expand with additional locations once a group signs.
