Account Manager • Remote, Nigeria

The role is with Lendsqr, a fintech company building lending technology for lenders across Africa. This Account Manager owns client relationships, engages with executives and stakeholders, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

• Be the primary contact and build long term relationships with customers
• Assist customers through email, phone, online presentations and meetings
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and sponsors
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned to customer objectives
• Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics and monitor product usage

• Minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, sales, or customer facing roles
• Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
