Drive OK Tire dealer performance through field sales, operational expertise, and relationship management from a home-based GTA position requiring extensive travel.
As Business Development Manager, you will support existing and new dealers across your region. Your work combines consultative partnership, store performance guidance, program implementation, and network expansion. Strong business insight, franchise knowledge, and operational focus are central to this field-based role.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as primary business contact for OK Tire dealer portfolios
- Lead store visits covering operations, customer experience, and financial performance
- Guide dealers through programs, tools, promotions, and strategic objectives
- Track participation in partner, pricing, and marketing initiatives
- Monitor store-level KPIs and territory-wide business performance
- Minimum five years in field sales, retail operations, or business development
- Experience managing B2B relationships and consultative selling
- Familiarity with franchise models or independent retail environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel approximately 40% throughout the region and Canada
