- Generate new business opportunities through trusted advisors and partnerships.
- Become a consistent revenue producer using Aire Spring's robust portfolio of managed connectivity, SD-WAN/SASE, security, and cloud services.
- Partner Recruitment & Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new TSDs and Trusted Advisors. - Sales Strategy & Enablement:
Develop targeted regional strategies, conduct training, and support joint sales initiatives. - Relationship Building:
Foster trust as the primary point of contact and optimize partner performance. - Performance Monitoring:
Track metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth areas.
- Minimum 4 years in telecom channel management with focus on TSD Channel or partner development.
- Deep understanding of Managed Voice, data, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud, and connectivity services.
- Proven sales and strategic acumen with strong communication skills.
