Remote Insurance Sales Representative

Support existing and prospective clients remotely through insurance sales, needs analysis, and responsive customer service from your home.

This permanent, full-time Sales Representative position serves multiple clients throughout each day. You will provide product knowledge, respond to coverage requests, and represent clients’ best interests. The work includes explaining individualized policies through the Needs Analysis system and learning updated products, services, and policies from management teams.

• Assist existing and prospective clients throughout each day
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
• Accept customer calls and return customer calls
• Respond to coverage requests while representing client interests
• Create and explain individualized policies through Needs Analysis

• Enthusiastic, self-driven approach to client service
• Ability to provide outstanding service and product knowledge
