Lead healthcare business development for Dynacare, using strategic planning, complex negotiations, and account growth expertise in a remote position.
This permanent, full-time National Sales Manager, Hospital Systems role serves the Canadian hospital sector. You will identify opportunities, manage strategic accounts, support Health System RFP responses, and develop customer relationships with healthcare stakeholders. The position emphasizes laboratory and transportation or logistics services, revenue targets, contract management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new healthcare business opportunities
- Develop account growth, retention, and territory strategies
- Present solutions and negotiate customer agreements
- Support Health System RFP responses and contract management
- Communicate customer priorities to internal teams
- Five or more years of healthcare sales experience
- Post-secondary education in business, healthcare, or life sciences
- Success achieving sales targets and growing strategic accounts
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, contracts, and RFPs
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
