Alpine IQ is seeking a seasoned Renewal Specialist to own the end-to-end renewal process for a book of AIQ customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Finance to identify risk, negotiate terms, and secure on-time signatures in a fully remote environment.
You will drive churn mitigation, forecast renewals in Hub Spot, and grow accounts by identifying upsell opportunities during renewal windows, while documenting best practices to shape our renewal playbook.
