Morris Strategies LLC is a Linkedin Specialist marketing firm dedicated to helping small businesses create more business by expanding brand awareness and refining market positioning and offerings. The company is boutique and focuses on maximizing a business' funnel on Linkedin - the most commonly mis‑used customer acquisition funnel there is.

The Salesperson role at Morris Strategies is a remote position with availability of 20% keep for all deals signed. In this role, the Salesperson will conduct outreach and SDR activities from leads provided by Morris Strategies. SDRs are expected to engage prospective small business clients, present marketing solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Responsibilities include a targeted 10-20 hour work week with outbound campaigns from the Salesperson's Linkedin / cold calling as method of contact.

The Salesperson will tailor offerings to client needs, follow up on leads, and build long-term relationships and use the given CRM to best poisition themselves for success.

Scope dependent - Average Range from $500 minimum to $12,500

• Strong client-facing sales skills, relationship building, and closing deals.
• Experience in negotiating contracts with small business owners and decision-makers.
• Ability to understand and communicate current state of marketing vs prospective state in clear, practical terms.
• Display a level of proficiency in explaining the Linkedin Funnel
• Proficiency with CRM software, basic office productivity tools, and tracking sales metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities while meeting deadlines and sales goals.
• Previous experience in marketing services, advertising, or small business consulting is preferred.
