Sales Development Representative; Fully Remote - Client

We're looking for and experienced Sales Development Representatives with a minimum of 3 years in a sales role, ideally within the healthcare industry. If you're a proactive communicator who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and uncovering new business opportunities we want to hear from you. This is a base pay position and not a commission-based only role. We're looking for team members who are driven by performance, not pressure.

• Proactively generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach to potential clients.
• Qualify prospects and set up appointments or demos for senior sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.

• 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• A background in healthcare sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.) is a plus.

• High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50-100 Mbps).
• Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
• Stable backup power supply.
• Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
