Manage high-value dental accounts remotely for Young Innovations, using relationship building and strategic planning to drive growth across Central Canada.

This experienced Strategic Account Manager serves key distributor partners, dental practices, clinics, and other priority accounts. You will create customized account strategies, provide dental product guidance, and align solutions with customer needs. The role reports to the Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Build long-term relationships with key distributor partners
Develop account strategies supporting sales growth
Expand existing business through upselling and cross-selling
Advise dental practices on products, trends, and best practices
Monitor KPIs and report account performance

Requirements:

Minimum grade 12 education
Strategic account management or business development experience
Dental or healthcare industry experience
Knowledge of dental products, services, and technologies
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
