Remote Client Account Manager

As a Client Account Manager, you will manage high-value, complex accounts in a financial technology environment. Build tailored strategies around business objectives and employee requirements. Use engagement plans, performance insights, and proactive communication to increase product value, adoption, and retention.

• Manage high-value accounts as primary stakeholder contact
• Develop tailored recommendations and strategic account plans
• Increase product adoption, services, and account growth
• Lead business reviews with client decision-makers
• Coordinate escalations and communicate feedback internally

• At least two years in client-facing professional experience
• Experience managing portfolios and increasing account value
• Customer adoption strategy experience with measurable results
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Hub Spot, Intercom, Jira, or CRM platforms
