Account Executive, Direct Merchant; Fully Remote

• Own the full sales cycle for Finix's payment products, selling to merchants of all sizes.
• Lead sales cycles with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and VP/Director-level functional leads using a consultative approach.
• Drive sales strategy from discovery to close, including cross-functional work to develop customer strategies.

You Will:

• Develop relationships with executives and functional stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.
• Share prospect feedback to refine our Ideal Customer Profile and act on insights from merchant needs.
• Partner with Implementation, Product, and Payment Ops teams to ensure long-term customer success.

You Are:

• Driven to consistently exceed goals and expectations with a bias toward action.
• Proactive in improving processes and developing best practices.
• A strategic negotiator with a passion for closing deals and curiosity about prospects.

You Have:

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets with 3+ years in consultative SaaS or payments selling.
• 1+ years in fintech or payments, ideally selling to merchants.
• Strong communication, research, and presentation skills, plus experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Google Suite.
