Michigan Sany is looking for a driven and motivated Territory Salesman to cover the West Michigan region and grow our presence in the heavy equipment market. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a globally recognized brand while building lasting relationships with customers across a dynamic territory. Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a defined sales territory across West Michigan through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building
- Present and demonstrate heavy equipment products to contractors, dealers, and construction professionals
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal team to provide quotes, financing options, and product information
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer sites to represent the Michigan Sany brand
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, construction, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of the West Michigan market and established local industry relationships a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product specifications and equipment features
- Experience with CRM software and basic computer proficiency
