We run a structured online programme for students in the UK studying A Level Maths and Further Maths. It combines live lessons, exam style practice, weekly homework, marked assessments and ongoing mentor support, and 88% of active participants achieved an A or A
* last year. We are now into our fifth year, with a team of teachers delivering the programme and some of the strongest reviews in our market.

For five years, every enquiry and every sales conversation has been handled by the two founders alongside teaching and running the business. We collected £130,000 last month and £355,000 over the last three months, with 15 to 20 new enquiries coming in every day. The leads are already there. What we need now is someone whose whole job is to speak to those families quickly, answer their questions and get them onto a call.

This is the first dedicated setter seat in a new sales team, alongside a closer, as we push towards £250,000 a month.

You'll be the first point of contact for parents and students who have shown interest in the programme. You'll call and message new enquiries, webinar attendees, no shows and families who showed interest but didn't enrol, find out what's going on with the student's maths, and book suitable families into either a live group presentation or a one to one call with the closer.

You won't be responsible for closing the sale, but families will ask you real questions about the programme, so you'll need to know the offer well and handle those conversations with the same care a closer would.

• Calling and messaging (including Whats App) new enquiries from paid and organic marketing as quickly as possible
• Following up with webinar attendees, previous enquiries, no shows and families who didn't enrol previously
• Finding out why the student is finding A Level Maths difficult, what they've tried and what the family is looking for
• Booking qualified families into live group presentations or one to one calls, with the parent or guardian and student attending where applicable
• Sending timely confirmations and reminders, and rebooking no shows promptly
• Answering parents' questions before and after calls to build trust, knowing many families take time and several conversations to decide
• Keeping the CRM (Go High Level ), calendar and activity tracker up to date with lead source, qualification details, outcome and next step
• Giving the closer clear notes before every call
• Attending weekday Zoom sales huddles and submitting an end of day report covering outreach, bookings, confirmations, no shows and follow ups
• Bringing ideas for new follow up messages and approaches that get more families booked and enrolled

Parents are trusting us with their child's education, so we want someone calm, friendly and consultative, never pushy or aggressive, who makes families and students feel comfortable opening up about what they're finding difficult.

You'll be a great fit if you...

• Are UK based, with fluent spoken and written English
• Have experience in appointment setting, outreach or phone based customer conversations, or have completed recognised sales training
• Are confident on the phone and comfortable working through a high volume of calls and messages every day
• Understand there is always another follow up to send, and keep going rather than stopping at a set number
• Are hungry, self motivated and driven by earning more
• Are never afraid to ask questions or ask for help when you're unsure of something
• Are organised and disciplined with a CRM (Go High Level  or similar experience is a plus)
